Allowance payments of £3,000 per year for a Non-Executive Director and £4,250 for a
Non- Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee (gross figures).

We are seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee and an experienced Non-Executive Director with either commercial or aviation experience.

The successful candidates will be Non-Executive Directors who can make a positive impact and vital contribution in order to support the long-term future of the Airport. It is an exciting time to join the Board. The airport has an ambitious 10 year strategic plan with identified opportunities and your role as a Non-Executive Director will be instrumental in the oversight of delivery and implementation.

The Chair of the Audit Committee will take a lead on financial and governance matters and therefore should have knowledge and experience from a relevant background.

To be successful you will have Board or senior executive experience, have a strong understanding of good governance in companies and an ability to scrutinise and challenge the performance of the Company and Board.

Non-Executive Directors require a time commitment of attendance at a minimum of five meetings per year, plus training and away days as required. The role of Audit Committee Chair will entail as a minimum an additional four meetings per year.
